I am a little under 16 weeks out. This week will be Week 14 of my bulk since my last show. Last show I cut down to around 126 lbs, and as of this past Saturday I weigh 142 lbs. No clue what  my bodyfat is, but don't really care at this point. I have put on 16 lbs in 13 weeks (a little over a pound a week). I am really happy about my steady weight gain, especially going through the holidays. Overall I still eat fairly clean (whole foods), but have treats/cheats from time to time. Eating around 2,300-2,600 calories a day, and I have not been doing any cardio. I am hoping to hit 150 lbs before I start cutting. My guess is I will start cutting around 6-8 weeks out.

Lifts have been great and I have gradually been putting on size. It definitely takes a lot of diligence, but I am excited to see how things have changed when I cut down.
